    We are sorry you are having trouble with the new update. Could you provide more information about the issue? For example:

    • Steps where you encounter issues
    • Files that doesn't work well with the feature
    • A video showing the actual error
    • Screenshot of the errors

    And any other information will be really helpful to us.
