    Yes, it is very upsetting that this issue has not already been taken care of. You used to be able to comment and highlight password protected pdf forms that had the commenting function enabled. Now you can only use the commenting tools when accessing the password protected pdf in adobe (reader) on PC. If you try to access the same file on mobile, commenting tools are inaccessible. Please fix this bug.
