Nope. The New Acrobat still doesn't work for me. 768 comments to that effect, and we're being gaslit with terms like discoverability, fluidity and some kind of connected mumbo-jumbo. We were able to find the tools before. The tools worked before. We were able to customize our toolbars before. Are our concerns Under Review? No. The tag says Need Info. Read Bevi Chagnon's illustrative complaint, and all the others that have been added. There's the Info.
@Shashank Jain - you should be ashamed of yourself for this blatant nothingburger of a response to your paying customers. I still have yet to find a single actual user of Acrobat Pro who prefers, or can even stand, the New Acrobat experience. I know that they're out there. I mean, they have to exist. I just can't find any.An error occurred while saving the comment InstyButte Typesetting2 commentedI think that it's interesting that some requests with just one or two votes are Under Review, while Adobe is still completely ignoring all of this. 738 votes. Not a peep. Like Peter G says, "Sorry you don't like it. You'll just have to get used to it."
An error occurred while saving the comment InstyButte Typesetting2 commentedI wonder if the CEO's kid came up with this. No one with actual UI experience could have created this abomination. Every day, I get more clients asking me how to use Acrobat Pro, and I keep telling them to Disable New Acrobat. Then they ask me why it was changed into something so utterly useless in the first place. Maybe Adobe wants out of the market?

Bevi Chagnon is trying to get Adobe to listen to us.An error occurred while saving the comment InstyButte Typesetting2 commentedTo be fair, not that many people have voted or commented. I mean, it's only the #1 UI topic for Acrobat.
Aaron King - Yes, that quick actions toolbar is a pointless piece of garbage. I use the old interface because of it.An error occurred while saving the comment InstyButte Typesetting2 commentedNumber 1 feature request. Still no response from Adobe.
An error occurred while saving the comment InstyButte Typesetting2 commented6 more votes to the Top Idea! I'm certain that Adobe will then start to pay attention to all the feedback.
An error occurred while saving the comment InstyButte Typesetting2 commentedPlease, everyone who agrees that the new interface is terrible, go to this thread, share your constructive thoughts, and upvote.

It only has 21 upvotes, and is far more likely to garner attention from Adobe because it is focused on solutions, not just our anger and complaints.InstyButte Typesetting2 supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment InstyButte Typesetting2 commentedA coworker tried the new interface today, and was unable to even use the program because of feature trial popups and interminably long spinning wheel shenanigans, during which time the program would not respond to any input. So, he didn't even get to experience the interface. After waiting about 10 minutes, Acrobat Pro crashed to desktop. I guess that's progress?
An error occurred while saving the comment InstyButte Typesetting2 commentedHi Vista Mirage,
Bevi Chagnon, who originated the thread, has a few links to reviews of suitable Acrobat Pro replacements up above. We're looking to ditch Adobe for pdf editing as well, since, as you have pointed out, some basic functionality is now no longer reliable. An error occurred while saving the comment InstyButte Typesetting2 commentedTing You hit the nail on the head. This is a prime example of ensh!ttification. The definition should be annotated with the 2023 Adobe Acrobat UI "upgrade". I see that no one from Adobe has yet had the intestinal fortitude to venture into this feature request. Maybe when it hits 600 votes?
An error occurred while saving the comment InstyButte Typesetting2 commentedI wonder, will anyone at Adobe venture forth to defend these changes once we hit 500 votes? I wonder if they will ever even acknowledge our complaints. I predict that they will simply wait for the outrage to die out and then get rid of the option to roll back to the old interface, then congratulate themselves for performing such a spectacular interface update.
An error occurred while saving the comment InstyButte Typesetting2 commentedThere are dozens of feature requests that more or less repeat this one, but with less information and often an angrier bent. I hope that, instead of starting a new request or complaint along these lines, people start to upvote this one, as it is the most comprehensive and has the most votes. Then again, maybe seeing the sheer number of different requests for reverting permanently to the old UI will have some effect on Adobe.
An error occurred while saving the comment InstyButte Typesetting2 commentedStill no comments or apparent interest from Adobe employees. I think a sadist designed the new interface. I haven't heard from a single person that thinks the new interface is an improvement. All my coworkers were freaking out until we figured out how to get the old interface back. For now. We're stuck having to pay for the full CC licenses, but we probably won't be using Acrobat much longer (once the new interface becomes absolute), so I wonder if Adobe will give us a discount, seeing as how we'll have to go to a third party pdf authoring solution.
An error occurred while saving the comment InstyButte Typesetting2 commentedI just realized that this is like a h o s t a g e situation, and Adobe is hoping we experience Stockholm Syndrome. I bet they get rid of the option for the old interface soon, and just sit back and wait for us to numbly acquiesce to their demands. Who knows where this will end? Changing Photoshop's interface? Making Illustrator into a clown show? At least Acrobat now crashes every time I open a pdf. It recovers, sure, but why does it crash each time? Is this a stability improvement, to go along with the interface improvement? Buckle up, buttercup!
An error occurred while saving the comment InstyButte Typesetting2 commentedInstead of adding features and UI alterations that no one asked for, how about fixing and improving core functionality of Acrobat? When I started up Acrobat this morning, I thought I was suffering a stroke. Nothing made sense. Random bits of interface were floating or rearranged. I'm glad I was able to get the old interface back, but Acrobat keeps telling me that the newer version is faster and better. Year. Right. That's why I couldn't use it. Maybe I'm just too **** old...

An error occurred while saving the comment InstyButte Typesetting2 commentedI use Acrobat for dozens of jobs a day, ranging from simple text to artwork to CAD drawings, and it is so far stable, but I absolutely have to revert to the old interface. The new one is utterly confusing and lacks many of the tools I need, or it hides them behind multiple menus or steps. In no way whatsoever is the new interface an improvement. I know many people who use Acrobat, and, to the one, all of them have reverted to the old UI. No one prefers the new UI. No one.

Affinity Photo, Designer and Publisher are pretty good programs, with performance light years ahead of anything Adobe makes. Unfortunately, they still lack certain features that I sometimes need. Adobe still has a death grip on the industry, but it will eventually falter. Of course, in the meantime, we all still need to get work done... and Adobe's unreliable, unresponsive, poorly optimized products are our tools. Maybe they'll add another new AI feature no one needed or asked for this month and jack the price up again?
