It really isn't that difficult to support Arabic script with Fill and Sign, as it is clearly supported with other features. Unless there is some other reason (cough cough racism cough cough) that is preventing the Adobe team from working on this issue? I'm sure there isn't, because it would be very bad for Adobe if all of us who use Arabic script took to social media about the glaring lack of concern for this issue over the years.
