I am on an iMac (Ventura Version 13.6.4) and this same issue happened to me as well. I had to contact Adobe support, open a case, and they finally (after many attempts at other solutions over the span of two hours) escalated my case and gave me the installer and update to back up my version of Acrobat to the previous version (2023.008.20470). Now everything works again.
