Interactive PDF crashes Acrobat after pressing button (on release or tap) to go to file. Does not happen (on click).
This issue just began on 2/14/2024, mid-day, after InDesign and Acrobat updates. Interactive PDF created and exported from InDesign causes Acrobat to crash (with error but without option to report). Problem happens after pressing a button within an interactive PDF to go to file. The file opens but I immediately receive an error that reads "This PDF cannot be viewed in Acrobat or Reader, and the application will now exit". The button event is On release or tap, and the action is Go to fill). I tested a similar button, event=On click, action=Go to file) and this works fine. All other buttons/hovers seem to function. Error message and crash occurs on both newly created files as well as older files created on other systems.
Have tried: restoring older versions of InDesign, uninstalling/reinstalling both Acrobat and InDesign, also uninstalled/reinstalled the entire Creative Cloud package.
My system is MacOS Ventura Version 13.6.4 (22G513). Acrobat Continuous Release Version 2023.008.20533. InDesign 19.2. (But have also tried 19.1 and 19.0)
