    switched to the nice light-weight SumatraPDF, after my complaints were ignored, and after encountering other drawbacks, like awkward scrolling when using the scroll bar page-down and page-up, and annoying features like persistent side banner that I have to close at every startup.

    by "page-wise" I mean jumping from one page to the next, like the "continous" option doesn't work at all.

  2. Continuous scrolling should be the default behavior.

    Hi,

    You can always set the continous scolling as your default view.
    Here s how you can do this :
    1) Open preferences dialog (Ctrl+K) and go to Page Display tab
    2) under “Default Layout and Zoom” select the Page layout as Single page Continous and saveit

    This is not resolved.. You're laughing at the author of the question. We are asking for it to become default, not that we don't know how to do it !
    What a corrupt scammer pretending to be a respectable Lead Adobe Software engineer..
