    For me this setting is always off when opening a document. When "Enable scrolling" is off, as it is by default, mouse scroll can scroll 10 pages or more in an instant. It is unusable for me, so I need to change the setting every time I open a document, since it does not persist.

    When "Enable scrolling" is off, as it is by default, mouse scroll can scroll 10 pages or more in an instant. It is unusable for me, so I need to change the setting every time I open a document, since it does not persist.
