    Hi,

    We’re really sorry for any inconveniences this has caused.

    If you can answer any of these specific questions, that would be really helpful:

    - How long had you been commenting for before you lost data?
    - Did you click the ‘done’ button in the top left?
    - Did you only use a single tool (highlight), or did you alternate?
    - How did you leave the pdf you were commenting before your comments were lost? (Switching to another app, closing the app, etc.)
    - Did you share the file?
    - Did the app crash?

    I am having the same problems!! I am an architectural designer so i paid to be able to draw on floor plans… ALL my notes of dimensions did not save! I went back and happened again!!! I even tried to make a copy on location as a form of backup… but nope!
    If the app worked it would be perfect but this is insane

    Also simple export as a pdf document is not working… it wants to upload to drive or another app… just SAVE as a new pdf. What DOES this app do?
