    It looks like the form field layer may have been saved into the base document instead of as a true overlay/template. When creating overlays, always save the fields separately and then apply them to the target document. Otherwise, the system will reopen the original file rather than simply layering the fields on top. For more guidance on proper saving methods, you can check resources at https://urduvoicetv.com/.
