But first, could you please help us answer the following questions, so we understand this issue better: - Are you using the tool "Prepare a form" in the Acrobat Desktop app? If not, could you please explain the steps you take before facing this problem?

 If the emails are going to the SPAM folder, please mark it as NOT SPAM, then the next time an email from acrobat sign arrives, it will not go to the SPAM folder. We are trying our best to avoid such situation but different email providers have different rules to determine SPAM email.
