   I've been getting "Tagged Annotations - failed" for most (but not all) hyperlinks inside table cells. For the time being, I am dealing with the issue by writing scripts for InDesign that convert tables to text + tabs + anchored text frames. This works, but it's time-consuming and inconvenient!
