    We’d like to investigate this further and understand what may have caused the issue. If possible, could you please share a few additional details?

    • Which browser and browser version you were using
    • Your operating system (Windows/Mac)
    • Approximate PDF file size or number of pages involved

    This information will help us investigate the issue more effectively.

    • Whether the issue happens every time you open the Combine Files page
    • Whether you were signed in or not
