    Hi, sorry to hear about the trouble you experienced with Organize Pages — I understand how frustrating it is to lose your work, especially after repeating the same steps multiple times.

    We’d like to investigate this further and understand what may have caused the save failure. Could you please share a few details if possible?

    • Which browser and version you were using? Also was this issue encountered in Desktop app or Web?
    • Your operating system (Windows/Mac)
    • Approximate PDF file size or number of pages

    • Browser and version you were using
    • Operating system (Windows/Mac)
    • Whether the issue happens every time you open the Combine Files page
    • Whether you were signed in or not
    • A screenshot of the screen and URL, if possible
