  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. No load, dark screen

    Hi, your merge pdf option in web browser does not load. It is a black screen with no selectable on it. Please fix this otherwise there's no point in me or my colleagues paying for this service.

  2. Adobe Used to Be Good -- No I Everything Takes Five More Steps

    WHy is that I cannot flatten a document so that I can easily merge documents? Why can't I select all documents in a file and flatten them all in one shot? Why does the program become increasingly useless as time goes on?

  3. Be Better

    I hate Adobe perhaps more than anything in the world. You money grubbing pieces of garbage... All of you. Even you reading this. You are part of the problem.

    I click on the link to "combine PDFs for FREE" and every time I try to add a file, you prompt me to pay $24 a month for something you honestly should be offering for free.

    SHAME!!!

  5. PDF Combination UI error

    PDF Combine UI is bugged, I uploaded a 7 page pdf in order to replace the last page, but I was unable to scroll past page 6. I was only able to complete my task by adding them in a different order; please fix this.

  6. Can't use any of the tools

    I cannot use any of the edit tools in my Acrobat. When I log in I receive an error message "unable to load recent documents. Try again later". When I click on Edit to try and combine files, there are no options available. I have attached screenshots. The error message disappears too quick to get. If I can't use this product, can I please have a pro rata refund and cancel my subscription? thegrowls@bigpond.com

  10. Get it together

    Adobe needs to seriously look into their product. My company pays a lot of money to have constant errors coming up. I combine files all day every day, and for the last couple of weeks, it's been constant errors. Having to refresh, loosing my work, I mean common. GET IT TOGETHER.

  15. PDF/X options missing for high quality printing

    I have spent days of my life trying to combine multiple photographic jpgs into 1 PDF for high quality printing. It appears to be impossible because even your help page does not match reality. Adobe Help Forum has not been able to solve this mystery accurately in years, including the Condescending Know-it-alls.
    This is what I see when I click "All Tools" as instructed. Nowhere does it mention "Print Production" "Preflight" "PDF Standards" "Libraries" or "Profiles". Those tabs don't exist anywhere within Acrobat Pro that I can find.
    Clicking "Click Here to match your experience" takes me to the same…

  17. How to Split a Single vCard File with Multiple Contacts into Separate VCF Files?

    I have a single .vcf (vCard) file that contains hundreds of contacts exported from my phone. I want to split this file so that each contact is saved as an individual VCF file. Is there any reliable tool that can do this quickly without damaging the contact data? Preferably something that works on Windows and supports batch processing.

  19. Please remove the update

    I think that the Adobe Acrobat PDF update is so unnecessary, it defeats the purpose of using the app if it takes you straight to the internet each time. Please change it back, it is ridiculous and AI should not need to interfere with everything we do. Why ruin a good system? Not Happy

  20. Loosen up

    This app is practically useless to me!! Every time I try to use it for PDF mergers or page additions/deletions it blocks me usually saying you can't modify a source PDF document. I will not be renewing my subscription. Plus, the app is very cumbersome to use. There are much better alternatives--free or subscription
