We have the same problem too with Acrobat DC on our 3 Studio workstations. Very frustrating as we pay a substantial amount of money for our Creative Cloud subscription service. Why hasn't this been fixed?
Hi Amboo, here's our specs:
1 - MacPro 3.2 Ghz Quad-Core Intel Xeon, 10Gb 1066 Mhz DDR3, Acrobat Pro DC 2017.012.20098
2 - iMac 27' 2.7 Ghz Intel Core i5, 8Gb 1333 Mhz DDR3, Acrobat Pro DC 2017.012.20098
3 - iMac 27' 3.4 Ghz Intel Core i7, 8Gb 1333 Mhz DDR3, Acrobat Pro DC 2015.007.20033
All have OS Sierra 10.12.6 & PitStop 13, the strange thing is that the 3rd Mac, running Acrobat Pro DC2015 doesn't have the problem. I hope this helps.
