    It can be changed only for the session that you are currently using, then when opening a new session you get Adobe's default font and then you have to again change to your font for that session. Adobe will not fix this problem. I have been asking for years.

    I have been fighting this problem for three or four might even be as long as six years. All the way back to several previous versions. Adobe has told me that it is not possible to do this type of operation in their desk top version. Adobe XI. But that it was such a request that they have fixed it in their new Adobe DC version (web based). My frustration with that is that they charge you I believe about $15.00 per month for for ever. For a small business that is $180.00 per year. So I muddle through what Adobe should have fixed years ago. Either spend the money or be frustrated.
