   I'm on a Mac, OSX 10.11.6; 16 GB Memory. When I have several apps open, including Acrobat, I'm using 8 GB. As soon as I launch Pitstop, I'm using almost 15 GB, after a certain point of Pitstop activity, I get a memory overload and have to Force quit all apps.
   There are no plugins being used.
