    Apologies for the trouble, can you provide the Acrobat version you are using. Also does Acrobat quits with a crash? if yes kindly provide the crash logs.

    Version 18.009.20050. No it's not a crash it just has an error message which said Acrobat has encountered a problem and needs to close. I scanned a 10 page document today and got the same error twice. Almost an hour of my life wasted.
