 This indeed is the design, after the trial expires Acrobat works in reduced mode which is equivalent to using a Reader, can you elaborate on what Reader feature you miss out after your trial expires?Thanks

In most places in the world, you must have obtained legal majority to enter a business agreement. So asking for your DoB is a legal requirement, and a self decleration from you that you've attained legal majority.

 2. /private/var/log/system.logAlso if you could also share this bundle "'/Applications/Adobe Acrobat DC/Adobe Acrobat.app/Contents/Frameworks/AdobeACE.framework"' it would help us to narrow down the issue.
