Please provide the Acrobat / Reader version installed on your system. Also provide a sample PDF document on which you have observed this issue.
Did any of you also have a standalone version of Acrobat Pro? I just reformatted my computer to install Win10 and when I installed programs from the boot disk I skipped Acrobat Pro. Then when I reinstalled from CC - I included Pro DC. Haven't had any issues since. Despite uninstalling my stand-alone version of Acrobat Pro I'm sure there were little snippets of code embedded in the OS somewhere and that was causing the issues.Anonymous shared this idea ·
