Printing locally from Adobe Acrobat Pro DC has never worked despite multiple "fixes"
I have CC full suite and from the day I had to install Adobe Acrobat Pro DC I have been unable to print locally from any open PDF. I have tried multiple fixes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I've updated the printer drivers and had my IT support look at it. And now that this program is embedded in everything, I can't event go back to Acrobat XI. If I'm lucky I can export the PDF as an image or word document and print from there, but if I'm looking at document that's large that is just simply not a valid workaround. In this day and age, this shouldn't even be an issue
HI Ginger,
Please provide the Acrobat / Reader version installed on your system. Also provide a sample PDF document on which you have observed this issue.
Thanks

I called Adobe last week about this issue and they acted like it was me or the person sending the pdf. When I receive a PDF invoice or PO, only a portion of the PDF will print even though the preview shows the entire form. I called the company sending the pdf and they said I'm the only one complaining. This is ridiculous. I run a business and receive and send PDF invoices, purchase orders, sales, etc

Same issue here. Macbook Air. Have not been able to print and I use Preview as a work around.
Ridiculous.

I am using a MacBook Pro (2016) with OS 10.13.6, and a wireless connection to an HP MFP M477fdw printer. It takes up to 15 minutes per page to print a PDF file, whether it's one I created (from a Word file, for example), or one I received from someone else. These same files are immediately printed if I use the Preview app. This has been going on for months, and it's extremely frustrating to be paying a monthly subscription fee for something so flawed!

I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR THIS PRODUCT FOR MONTHS HOPING THAT A FIX WOULD COME OUT TO RESOLVE THE PRINTING ISSUE I HAVE HAD SINCE INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE. TO DATE I HAVE NOT SEEN SAID FIX. THE SOFTWARE WILL NOT PRINT AT ALL! PLEASE FIX ASAP! STOP TELLING ME ITS MY COMPUTER. HOW MANY COMPUTERS WILL IT NOT WORK ON BEFORE YOU WILL ISSUE A FIX? STOP TAKING MONEY FOR A PRODUCT THAT DOESN'T WORK!

Did any of you also have a standalone version of Acrobat Pro? I just reformatted my computer to install Win10 and when I installed programs from the boot disk I skipped Acrobat Pro. Then when I reinstalled from CC - I included Pro DC. Haven't had any issues since. Despite uninstalling my stand-alone version of Acrobat Pro I'm sure there were little snippets of code embedded in the OS somewhere and that was causing the issues.

Very frustrated. Just upgraded to Adobe Acrobat DC and I can't print when the program is open. Nothing happens when I click the print button; the printer dialogue box doesn't even open.
The workaround of right clicking on the file name and selecting print works, but not a long term solution. Hope this gets fixed quickly.
Running WIN10 and Adobe Acrobat DC 18.009.20050 on Surface Pro.

What I do is not actually a fix - but it lets me print. I am on a Mac and I only use Preview to print. Works actually better for just viewing as well.
Go to where ever the file is and right click on it - it will give you the option to 'Open with' then go to Preview - works great. No more printing issues.
But - ya Never click yes to set Adobe as a default anything. Bad news.....
If your on a PC - don't know what the option is there sorry.
