    Document Open Password cannot be removed unless document editing permissions are given to the password. So ,considering the issue resolved.

    The point stands as you (try67) haven't answered the query.
    Yes, I know the password of the document. It has traveled across the internet maze from the sender and has reached me safely. And NOW I want to store it in the hard disk after removing the PW. This option should be possible.
