   For PDFs having active form fields, only the sign option is displayed. This is AsDesigned behavior.

   I can't edit/fill document. Using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and get this message: the form can not be edited in Adobe Acrobat use Adobe Live Cycle Designer to edit this form.
   I have been using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC for over a year to do exactly what I'm now trying to do.
