    Hi Bert,

    Could you check if the following steps works for you?
    1. Open Print dialog
    2. Click on “Advance” button
    3. Select “Postscript Options”
    4. Change “Font & Resource Policy” to “send for each page”
    5. Print your documents

    can't seem to print anymore. tell me something is damaged. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall but still no change.
