  4. Editing or creating new stamps involves too many steps

    I'm required to fill in a lot of forms with my signature and the date. And since the date always changes, I edit my signature image in PSD and then bring it in to Acrobat and make (or edit) a stamp. But in Acrobat the process of editing a stamp with a new image is grueling! ... 10 steps! (see attached).

  5. 2 steps to add check to comments - Build: 19.8.20071.303822

    In previous versions of Acrobat I was able to Check a comment (typically once I had made an edit to my InDesign doc). By setting the filter to show unchecked comments only I was systematically able to go through a set of clients edits. In the new version of Acrobat you have removed the ability to just click to check a comment. I now have to open a drop down menu and select it. This is really annoying when you have a large document with over 100 comments (as I regularly do).

  6. Tick box in comments disappeared after last update

    I always used the tick box while reviewing, using a filter so that comments I processed also disappeared. It was an easy and intuitive way of editing the source text with the help of the comments in the PDF. After the last update, the tick box is gone and now hidden. You have to click the dots in the top right corner of the comment, then select 'Set status' and then click the status. That's THREE clicks instead of one. NOT user friendly, NOT intuitive, NO improvement. Please give me back my tick box!

  8. combine word files in PDF in Acrobat DC

    It doesn't work at all! PDF maker is not cooperating with Microsoft Office.It worked though in older version of Acrobat

  10. Support Installations and Upgrades on macOS Case-Sensitive Volumes

    This request is being submitted at the suggestion of Adobe Support which was unable to provide effective support for Case Nº 0189220198. Of the 252 applications currently installed on our macOS Sierra system, only Acrobat Pro XI cannot be reinstalled or upgraded because the storage volumes are formatted as case-sensitive. The previously case-insensitive system volume on which Acrobat Pro XI version 11.0.20 had previously been installed was converted to a case-sensitive format. This was done by imaging the volume as a DMG file using Disk Utility, and then after reformatting as case-sensitive, the volume was restored using the ditto command…

  11. Get rid of that almost-invisible new pdf icon

    This new icon makes my computer look like it has some fatal disease. Please do something about it. Who makes decisions about the new icon design? IT is not only confusing, but hard to identify and locate files. Please revise it again, soon...don't wait another 10 years.

  13. right-click

    It would be really nice if the "Underline" tool was included in the right-click menu. Right now the Mac version has an option for highlighting and striking through, but not for underlining.

  14. Named User Licensing - Actual Usage

    As Adobe System Admin for my large enterprise, I very much need the ability to run a report on demand from the Admin Console that'll identify which users are utilizing which Adobe licenses to include their last usage date. This should be quite possible given Named User licenses (Federated ID) must check in to Adobe constantly and so Adobe already tracks user interaction with licensed apps. This would very much benefit my enterprise as I will remove users who are not utilizing the products after a period of time. Reference Case ID E-000007273.

  15. Use printer default setting for double-sided printing

    Currently Adobe Acrobat DC does not recognise if the default printer setting on my mac has been set to duplex. There is a work around. By pressing the printer button and selecting 'duplex' from the print dialogue box that is revealed, pdfs can be printed double sided (DC warns against doing this by the way). The trouble is that it is easy to forget to follow this process, particularly when I am in a hurry, with the result that pdfs, in my case often 20 or 30 pages documents, are printed single sided.   16. Did you guys bury my most-used feature?

    Hi, Yesterday when I opened Acrobat DC, and I viewed comments, I could check off the comment as completed right there in the comment's own panel. today when I opened the same program, in order to mark a comment as completed, I have to open two levels of a flyout menu.
    How do I unbury this check box so I do not have to add twice as much clicking to my proofreading process?

  17. Can't print pdf files

    Hi,

    I have Adobe Acrobat Reader Pro - Build: 18.11.20040.280397, operating on MACOS High Sierra 10.13.4, with a MFC Brother printer.

    all of a sudden I can't print any files unless I go into advanced settings in the print dialogue box and change to print as image?

    I have updated my mac, my printer and adobe acrobat with no success. I have attached a screenshot of the error msg in my printer queue.

    Hi Bert,

    Could you check if the following steps works for you?
    1. Open Print dialog
    2. Click on “Advance” button
    3. Select “Postscript Options”
    4. Change “Font & Resource Policy” to “send for each page”
    5. Print your documents

  18. [Bug not resolved] Incomplete "From" field when converting to PDF from Microsoft Outlook 2016

    Bug not resolved.
    In "From" field only shows the name of the email account but
    doesn't show its email account between "< ... >", like in
    previous releases.

  20. Add the Ability for Adobe PDF printer to print via Autodesk's Revit. The only alternatives are prohibitively expensive.

    Can you please fix the bugs in the PDF printer plugin that works with Autodesk's Revit. The program is very inconsistent and sometime just stall entirely. This would be very helpful to many users of Revit.
