I've been having this same exact problem with Acrobat DC since the day it was installed. I've uninstalled all the adobe software, used the creative cloud cleaner too, reinstalled and next day same problem. Im running late 2013 Mac Pro, 3.7 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon E5 with 12GB of ram.
