    This is becomming somewhat of a joke. My customer now has 6 users that have this issue. They're about to blow their tops over "this ****** piece of software"... It has also arisen at another customer. Exact same problem.
    I have been in contact with the support numerous times. Finally got elevated to senior support who recommended the same solution their colleagues allready failed with. When are you going to solve this issue Adobe?? People pay plenty of dollars for your products ande very much so expect them to work!!

    We have a customer that has had increased problems of this kind. Initally ony on one computer, now three of four users have the issue. I am visiting them on monday. Not sure I will be able to obtain a sample file but Iäll try to snag a crash dump file. But, where would I send/upload those?
