    I too have a user experiencing this. Her license has not expired as our renewal was back in January and therefore not even close to the next renewal where a license could expire. I have resolved this for another user by simply removing their Acrobat license in the Adobe Admin console and then assigning it back followed by having the user sign back into Acrobat with her Adobe ID. This seems to be an Adobe ID account sync issue that breaks licensing.

    Please advise on a fix.
