   For PDFs having active form fields, only the sign option is displayed. This is AsDesigned behavior.

   Sandeep, it may be the designed behavior; but you didn't resolve the problem. How do I get a signature on this form. The "sign" icon is disabled. The instructions on the web do not address this issue. Either the software is broken or the instructions on the web or broken (or both).
