   For PDFs having active form fields, only the sign option is displayed. This is AsDesigned behavior.

   As admin has mentioned above, you accidentally added all the signable fields instead of fillable ones. If you're familiar with Acrobat Pro so far, it will be not a big deal for you to edit them, you can do so with auto replacing here easily https://ds11.pdffiller.com but I haven't tried so with using in Acrobat afterwards, so it's up to you
