    Hi Ayush,

    Ctrl+0 does set the zoom so that one full page would fit in the viewing window, but it does not serve the same function as the "Fit one full page to window" button. The missing functionality here is that the button keeps one page in the window, and pressing the up or down arrows will flip through the pages. Pressing Ctrl+0 allows for scrolling instead of flipping through the pages.
