We tried on our side on the latest build. It is fixed on our side. Please update on the latest build.
Although the issue faced by you may be because you have not turned off Protected View, Please turn it off and you won’t be facing the issue anymore.Thanks

Not working for me either. Latest build of Acrobat DC via CC 2019. I can get this to work once -- so I go into preferences, turn it off and then back on, and click ok. But after a restart of Acrobat DC, it no longer works. Very frustrating.
