    1. Do you see the sign in dialog with any PDF file or with specific PDF file?
    2. Can you please share a snapshot of the sign in dialog being displayed to you?

    Precisely. I pay a monthly fee to use this ap and requiring me to sign in is a pain ********** particularly since the signing in procedure results in an unmatched address and password necessitating a new password each time I wish to o[pen or print or do anything with a pdf.
    your monopoly is untoward and you shall lose a user shortly.
