The problem, on my end, is due to activation. Our computers at work do not touch the internet. Adobe doesn't like this. There is an off-line activation sequence, but it doesn't come up consistently. I was able to "Off-line" activate several computers. However, on others, the program won't even allow give you the option to launch the off-line activation sequence..even if you provide the serial number. Adobe doesn't care if you have a valid serial number, they want to know who you are, where you are, and what you're doing...at all times. Just understand this...not everyone is on the internet, Adobe. You should provide a consistent method to allow for off-line activation. It shouldn't take 3 hours to load and activate your program. This should be a warning to everyone. They used to ask you to activate to stop pirates from acquiring their software free. However, when valid customers who aren't connected to the internet have go through all this ****, it just shows what software companies are doing to ensure you are ALWAYS reporting back to "The MotherShip."
