    These steps successfully fixed my file:
    Could you try the following and let us know if it works:
    1. Open the PDF.
    2. Select File → Print from the top menu.
    3. Select Adobe PDF as the printer.
    4. Print.
    Now try and reproduce the problem with the new PDF.
