I have checked your account. You are subscribed to Adobe PDF Pack service that you have purchased from the Apple/ iTunes.
In this case, you will need to cancel the subscription from the App Store. If you experience any issue in canceling the subscription, please contact Apple support team.

I have checked that there are two subscriptions listed under your Adobe account.
- Adobe Export PDF with an annual billing plan
- Adobe Stock with a monthly billing plan
Also, you have purchased the Adobe Export PDF service from the Apple/iTunes not from Adobe.It seems that the amount was charged for the Adobe Stock.
Could you please check the receipt and confirm for which service the amount has been charged?Thanks,

As the subscription is not reflecting in the application under Plans& products, sign out of the application and reboot the device. Then relaunch the application and sign in to Adobe Acrobat Reader application.
Try once to open this link https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/ in the browser on your device and check if you can access the services like Export PDF, combine PDF and other services included in the service.
Also, please check if the subscription is listed under "My Plans" on your Adobe account here https://account.adobe.com/If you need any help, please feel free to update the post.

The Adobe renewal membership is not optional. However, you do receive a notification of the service renewal on the registered email address. If you do not wish to continue the service, you may cancel the subscription once you get the email notification.

You will need to cancel the subscription for the Adobe PDF Pack. There is no option to change the subscription. You may take help of the steps provided here https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/kb/cancel-subscription-acrobat-online-services.html to cancel the subscription.
