Acrobat 19.08.00 includes the fix for the Printing problem with distorted text in PDF forms in Landscape orientation.
Would you please update to 19.08.00 and let us know if it works for you?

We just released Acrobat Reader 19.07.00 to the App Store on July 25, 2019.
We believe that we addressed the app freeze/hang issue with an extremely large number of documents that are stored locally on your iPhone/iPad.
Would you please update to Acrobat Reader 19.07.00 and let us know if it works for you?

We just released Acrobat Reader 19.07.00 to the App Store on July 25, 2019.
We believe that we addressed the app freeze/hang issue with an extremely large number of documents that are stored locally on your iPhone/iPad.
Please update to 19.07.00 (*without* uninstalling and re-installing the app - or iOS will erase all local documents and preferences, if you do) and let us know if you see performance improvements.

We would like additional information from those of you who experienced this freeze/hang/crash problem frequently.
1. Is a PDF document open right before switching to other apps or locking your device? If so, is a PDF document opened from the local storage on your iPad/iPhone or cloud storage (e.g. Document Cloud, Dropbox, Google Drive)?
2. How much iPad/iPhone storage space does your Acrobat app consume?
Please check iOS Settings > General > iPhone/iPad Storage > Acrobat > Document & Data.3. What is the number of documents do you have in Acrobat local storage (On This iPhone/iPad)? Hundreds? Thousands?

First, would you please confirm the following?
* You've received an email with a PDF attachment in Outlook on your iPad/iPhone.
* You are trying to open the PDF attachment in Acrobat Reader on your iPad/iPhone (not on your desktop/laptop computer).Please try the following steps.
1. Update Acrobat Reader and Microsoft Outlook to the latest versions.
* Acrobat Reader version 1906.02
* Microsoft Outlook version 3.28.0
(as of June 23, 2019)2. Launch Acrobat Reader. If you see the sign-in screen, sign in with your ID or tap 'x' in the upper right corner to skip sign-in. Go to the Acrobat home screen. Dismiss a tooltip, if it pops up.
3. Launch Outlook. Tap a PDF attachment icon to open it in Outlook preview.
4. Tap the Share icon in the upper right corner.
5. Tap "Share File via..." from the menu that pops up.
6. Tap "Open in..." in the second row.
7. Tap "Copy to Acrobat".
Please see the five screenshots that are attached to this forum thread.
Would you please let us know if the PDF attachment is opened in Acrobat Reader?

Would you please sign out & in to see if Acrobat stops creating "(Recovered).pdf" files?
The "(Recovered).pdf" files contain your new changes that have not been saved to Document Cloud. Please inspect each one of them and see if you can recover lost changes.

If you are using Adobe Document Cloud (not other cloud storage), we suspect that your problem may be caused by the exceeded Document Cloud storage quota.
Document Cloud includes 2GB of free storage or 100GB of storage with Acrobat DC subscription.

Is it possible that you hit the storage limit?
To check your current storage usage
1. Go to https://assets.adobe.com in a web browser.
2. Sign in with your Adobe ID that you use for Acrobat Reader.
3. Look at the bottom-left corner for the storage usage.See the attached screenshot: Cloud Storage.png
If it is nearly full, would you please try deleting old/unneeded large files from Acrobat Reader on iPhone/iPad? Does saving a document to Document Cloud finish successfully after that?
Please let us know what you find.

"the cloud" - Do you mean Adobe Document Cloud or something else (e.g. Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive)?
Do you see an error message when you try to save or rename a file? What is the message?
Does the problem happen with all cloud files or a few files?
