I purchased a 32.99 US a year plan which was charged to my acct apr 15th 2019 of 46.51 but now see another charge of 46.81 on May 15th ???
I was charged twice and now wanting refund for 2nd charge as I didn’t sign up for a continual program fee to debited monthly.
I have checked that there are two subscriptions listed under your Adobe account.
- Adobe Export PDF with an annual billing plan
- Adobe Stock with a monthly billing plan
Also, you have purchased the Adobe Export PDF service from the Apple/iTunes not from Adobe.
It seems that the amount was charged for the Adobe Stock.
Could you please check the receipt and confirm for which service the amount has been charged?
