Hi,
Thanks for writing to us. Please try to follow the below steps :
1. Enter Fill and Sign app and then wait for 10 secs to make sure all network calls are complete.
2. You can make your selection in case you observe the signature selection dialog.
3. Try to place signature/initial.Regards,

The files sent to me is not opening up with the Email for reading etc . Email sent from IT Department having received the Return filed from me etc
