    I'm having the same issue now of Acrobat DC shutting down after a few seconds. Before it was working fine but after the windows update, Acrobat DC doesn't recognize my subscription anymore. Other programs when converting PDF on Microsoft Word, it says that "Your request cannot be completed. Adobe Acrobat license has either expired or not been activated." Please fix the issue.
