Same Issue here. May receive error message "Insufficient data for an image". file opens fine, then after some amount of time, receive message and document goes blank. Happens weather one doc or multiple docs open.
Sometimes no error message and pages go blank
Super frustrating. Constantly have to close files and reopen to read.
