   Hi Charles, I think the issue you mentioned here is similar to this one: https://acrobat.uservoice.com/forums/911254-document-cloud-web/suggestions/41619121
   Please clarify if it is different.
   Also, these templates should be listed under Template Status on Manage page. Can you please check it and let us know?
