Hi,
Adobe Acrobat and Reader official update containing the fix for this issue is now available. This update will be automatically pushed to all existing installations of Acrobat and Reader. If you want, you may also manually trigger the update by opening the application and going to Help > Check for Updates.For more information, please refer Release notes of the latest release.

The issue happened to both Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and Acrobat Pro DC. There is no third-party plug-in in my system related to pdf. Actually, I tried to delete the Weblink plug folder but the problem is still there. It only happened when launching Acrobat. I can use Preview to open the file.
