    Apologies for the trouble, can you provide the Acrobat version you are using. Also does Acrobat quits with a crash? if yes kindly provide the crash logs.

    I experienced the same issue just now. I'm very upset that I had to redo work that I'd spent 2 hours to do. I pay for this service and there should be a way of autorecovering lost documents if the program chooses to close itself with no warning.
