Adobe Acrobat and Reader official update containing the fix for this issue is now available. This update will be automatically pushed to all existing installations of Acrobat and Reader. If you want, you may also manually trigger the update by opening the application and going to Help > Check for Updates.

Hello I am experiencing the same problem. This has been happening since I upgraded to MacOS Catalina Version 10.15. I can't open any pdf files at all. The error RAISE without a handler appears on the screen and the only option I have is to click on OK and then the application shuts down.
Can someone please help me resolve this issue? I pay a lot of money for the Adobe Acrobat DC App.
