    Hi Chantal Smith,

    The attached PDF is already an OCRed file whose output is incorrect. Try to copy and paste the text from the PDF file. It contains garbage values.

    Please provide non-OCRed file for this issue.

    Similar issue over here. See attached fies. 1/ the original JPG (scan received from our client), 2/ "optimized" PDF by Adobe DC and finally 3/ the xls-output.
    We have currently one license Adobo Pro DC and want to invest in a powerfull PDF solution for our business (we are a small accounting firm). In this search we are considering to roll out Adobe Pro for all users but this kind of output doens't give a lot of confidence (for this aspect of the software - there are also other positive elements for Adobe Pro).
