Adobe Acrobat and Reader official update containing the fix for this issue is now available. This update will be automatically pushed to all existing installations of Acrobat and Reader. If you want, you may also manually trigger the update by opening the application and going to Help > Check for Updates.

I too am experiencing problems with Adobe Acrobat DC since installing Catalina 10.15. I am paying very good money for Adobe Acrobat. I expect Adobe to keep up with the times ensuring their product works across the updates of the MacOS. This is rather disappointing and I cannot help but feeling ripped off by Adobe.
I followed the advise below and continue receiving the RAISE without a handle error. Looks like nothing I can do except grin and bear it. Or perhaps contact my state's Attorney General Consumer Division?
