"Hello I am experiencing the same problem. This has been happening since I upgraded to MacOS Catalina Version 10.15. I can't open any pdf files at all. The error RAISE without a handler appears on the screen and the only option I have is to click on OK and then the application shuts down. Can someone please help me resolve this issue? I pay a lot of money for the Adobe Acrobat DC App.” I totally share the above opinion, I hope somebody solves the problem soon.
