    Kindly share with us your machine details and Acrobat version.
    Also please provide us some sample files on which you are facing this issue

    If you are using Group Policy to push out drive mappings change the policy setting from replace to update. When the policy is set to replace every time the policy refreshes on a Win10 PC the mapping disconnects causing Acrobat to display any open files from a network share to appear blank until reopened. This no longer occurs when the policy is changed to update.
