    We just tried adding the three lines to our Hosts file and it worked for a few minutes then the same issue. Where is the local hosts file that you speak of we thought it was in the Windows/system32/drivers/etc. directory. I am running Acrobat Standard XI and the crashing just showed up last Thursday. Halloween Surprise!
